# Filters

Product filters help customers refine products on collection and search pages. Filters can be displayed as a sidebar or drawer, allowing customers to quickly narrow down products based on attributes such as availability, price, and product type.

## How to access

1. **Go to** Shopify Admin → Apps.
2. Search for [**Shopify Search & Discovery**](https://apps.shopify.com/search-and-discovery).
3. **Install** the Shopify **Search & Discovery** app from the Shopify App Store.
4. In the installation dialog, review the app permissions and click **Install**.
