# 404

Displays the page shown when customers visit a URL that does not exist in your store.

## How to access

1. **Go to** Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes.
2. **Click** Customize on your active theme.
3. From the top dropdown, click **404 page**.
4. Select **404 Page** from the left sidebar.
