Contact form

Displays a contact form that allows customers to send messages directly from your store.

How to access

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes.

2. Click Customize on your active theme.

3. Click Add section and choose Contact form.

Section Settings

Setting	Description
Layout
Expand to full width	Extends the section to the full browser width.
Color scheme	Sets the background and text colors.
Background opacity	Controls the background opacity.
Form color scheme	Sets the color scheme for the contact form.
Content
Heading	Sets the section heading.
Heading size	Controls the size of the heading. Choose from Small, Medium, or Large.
Text	Adds supporting text to the section.
Text position	Shows the text above or below the heading.
Desktop content alignment	Aligns the section content on desktop. Choose from Left, Center, or Right. On mobile, the content is automatically centered.
Style
Show additional content	Displays additional content beside the contact form. Choose from Image with form, Map with form or None.
Image
Image	Selects the image displayed beside the contact form. Note: To display the image, set 'show additional content' to 'image with form' in the options above.
Image height	Sets the image height. Choose from Adapt to image, Small, Medium, or Large.
Desktop layout	Sets the desktop layout. Choose from Image first or Image second. The image is always shown second on mobile.
Map
Liquid code	Displays a map beside the contact form. Note: To display the map, set 'show additional content' to 'map with form' in the options above.
Contact information
Enable information	Displays the contact information beside the contact form. Note: This information is displayed only when 'image with form' or 'map with form' is selected in 'show additional content' above.
Additional information	Adds additional contact information.
Address	Sets the business address.
Email	Sets the contact email address.
Phone	Sets the contact phone number.
Section padding
Top side	Space above the section.
Bottom side	Space below the section.
Section divider
Shapes	Adds a decorative divider to the section. Choose from Curve top, Curve bottom, Curve both, None, Border top, Border bottom, or Both border.
